Who is responsible for your data
PortLabel is a trading name of Alexey Kagan, a sole proprietor registered in Israel as Kagan Consulting Services. Full details are in our legal notice. For anything about your data, write to sales@portlabel.com.
What we collect
- From the quote form: your name, company, work email, delivery country, the label details you enter and any file you attach.
- From emails and WhatsApp messages: what you write and attach.
- When we contact businesses about our labels: the business contact details of the relevant person, such as name, company, role, work email and professional profile, taken from company websites, business directories or professional networks.
- Technical data: Cloudflare processes your IP address and request data to deliver this site and to protect the form from spam and abuse.
- Visit statistics: we count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not follow you across other sites.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your request and prepare a quote: steps you ask for before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To deliver and administer orders: performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep business, tax and accounting records: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To protect the site and the form, to count visits, and to contact businesses about labels that may be relevant to them: our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object at any time. If you ask us not to contact you, we stop and keep only a short note so that we do not contact you again.
Who receives it
- Cloudflare hosts this site, counts visits, checks the form for spam and delivers form messages to our mailbox.
- Google provides our email inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles the chat if you message us there.
- Our production partners receive the label specification and your files to prepare a quote or make your order. They receive your contact details only if needed for delivery.
- Carriers receive the delivery details.
We do not sell or rent your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Google and Meta may process data in the United States. They rely on the Data Privacy Framework between the EU and the US, or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Our business is registered in Israel, which the European Commission recognizes as providing an adequate level of data protection.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months after our last contact. Files attached to such requests are deleted once the quote is done.
- Orders and invoices: as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Business contact details we use to reach out: as long as they are relevant, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict its use or send it to you in a portable format. You can object to any use based on our legitimate interests. Write to sales@portlabel.com.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the EU country where you live, work or where you think the problem happened.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Visit statistics work without cookies. The spam check on the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs only to protect the form.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too.
