Data centers

For data center builds

A new hall opens with thousands of patch cords, power cords and trunks. Months later, in the middle of an outage, someone has to find one of them fast. The label printed on install day is what gets them to the right port.

Electronics

For electronics assembly

On an SMT line, the label rides through the reflow oven with the board and then gets scanned at every station after it. If it curls or the print smears, the board loses its history. Polyimide labels are made for that trip, and wire markers for the harness that ships with the unit.

How we work

From a photo of your label to rolls on your printer

  1. STEP 01

    Send what you have.

A drawing, a sample, or a photo of the label you use today next to a ruler. Add the quantity and your printer model.

  2. STEP 02

    Production checks it.

Before you see a price, someone who makes labels has looked at your spec. If it will not fit your printer or your cable, you hear it now, not after delivery.

  3. STEP 03

    Rolls arrive ready to load.

Blank rolls wound for your printer, or labels already printed with your IDs.

FAQ

What people ask first

More in our guides.

What is a self laminating cable marker?

A label with a white area for the print and a long clear tail. You print the ID, wrap the label around the cable, and the tail wraps over the print. From then on, hands, cable ties and cleaning wipes touch the clear film, not the ink.

Wrap marker or flag label: which one do I need?

A round cable from 2 mm with some room around it takes a wrap marker. In a full patch panel, where cords sit shoulder to shoulder, use a flag: it sticks out to the side and reads without turning the cable.

Do you supply blank rolls for my printer?

Yes. Tell us the model of your thermal transfer printer, and we check which roll format fits it before you order.

Can you make a custom size, color or shape?

Yes. Send the dimensions, a drawing or a sample of the label you use now, plus the quantity. Custom colors and shapes pay off at larger volumes, and the quote tells you where that line is for your item.

What do I need to send for a quote?

The size, material and color, or simply a photo or sample of the label you use today. Add the quantity, your printer model if you print on site, and the delivery country.
