Custom labels

Sometimes the label you need is in nobody's catalog: an odd size for a new connector, the exact color of your coding, a shape that fits a recess in the housing. Send a drawing, a sample or a photo, and it gets made.

Updated

What can be changed

  • Size and shape: to your drawing or to match a sample.
  • Color: white as standard, any other color on request.
  • Material: vinyl or polyester, chosen for where the label goes.
  • Roll format: core size and labels per roll to fit your printer or applicator.
  • Print: blank for your printer, or printed to your spec.

What to send

  • A drawing with dimensions, a sample, or a photo next to a ruler.
  • Where the label goes: the surface, the cable diameter, the temperature.
  • The quantity per item.
  • Your printer model, if you print on site.

How it goes

  1. You send the spec.
  2. We check it with production and send a written quote. It states the minimum quantity and lead time for your item.
  3. Production starts after you confirm.

Questions about custom labels

Can you match a label we buy from another supplier?

Usually, yes. Send a sample, or a photo with the dimensions and roll format, and we confirm what matches before you order.

Is there a minimum for custom colors or shapes?

Yes. Custom colors and shapes pay off at larger volumes, and the quote states the minimum for your item.

Do I need a drawing?

No. A sample, or a clear photo with the dimensions, is enough to start.
